January 2023: Maintenance with Cabozantinib, enrolled in Clinical Trial NCT05135975 – a phase 2 clinical trial at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH

June 2023: First relapse

June 2023: Chemotherapy (Irinotecan and Temozolamide) and radiation treatment. No active disease following treatment

November 2023: Maintenance therapy with Regorafenib.

January 2024: Second relapse

January 2024: Chemotherapy (Cyclophosphamide and Topotecan) and radiation treatment. No active disease following treatment

October 2024: Maintenance therapy with Lurbinectedin

July 2025: Third relapse

August 2025: Clinical trial BCC021 – Chemotherapy (Irinotecan, Vincristine, and Temozolomide) and Silmitasertib

November 2025: Fourth relapse

November 2025: Chemotherapy (Irinotecan, Vincristine, and Temozolomide)

March 2026: Fifth relapse
